As you may be aware, UNICOM was a subsidiary of Eschelon Telecom. On August 31, 2007 Eschelon was acquired by Integra Telecom, thereby making UNICOM an Integra Telecom Company.
As of November 10, 2008, Integra is discontinuing support of the legacy UCI.net web site and redirecting all users to Integra Telecom.com. As an Integra Telecom customer, you have access to all of the same support materials that were available on the UCI.net web site.
